Kathy Fragnoli, ESQ.

Kathy Fragnoli has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College, a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law and attended the Harvard School for Negotiations. Kathy was a senior attorney for American Airlines for 12 years and a Public Defender before that for two years. As a fulltime neutral since 1994, she has conducted over 2000 mediations and trained over 1,700 students in mediation. She was recently under contract with the Pentagon to mediate high profile cases for the Air Force.  She is well known for her expertise in handling highly emotional matters particularly with employment cases.
 

Kathy was admitted to the National Academy of Arbitrators in 2010 and arbitrates labor cases nationwide. She is on several permanent panels, including the Houston Police Officer's Association, Southwest Airlines and the US Postal Service.

Ms. Fragnoli is one of 23 mediators in the nation profiled in "ADR Personalities and Tips" published by the American Bar Association and is the author of "Peace at Work", She offices in both Dallas and San Diego.

                          

Ms. Fragnoli was selected by her peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America for 2010 and 2011 in the field of dispute resolution. She was selected by "D" Magazine as one of the best Lawyers in Dallas (in the field of ADR) in 2013.
